All customer information, billing information, and material content is kept in the strictest confidence, and will not be disclosed to a third party, without the consent of the customer, unless it is required by law.

Copyright policy

VHS2DVDFast! provides a service of transferring content from one medium to another. The customer will be respon­sible for any copyright infringements committed as a result of this service.

Indemnification

VHS2DVDFast! does not inspect, view, or otherwise review any material submitted for copying except to ensure copy quality. VHS2DVDFast! reserves the right in its sole discretion to return any material it believes would violate copyright laws if they were copied.

Limitation of Liability

The customer will not hold VHS2DVDFast!, or any of its subcontractors, liable for any loss, or damage, to any mate­rials sent to VHS2DVDFast! at any time while in the possession of VHS2DVDFast! its subcontractors, or while in transit to, or from VHS2DVDFast! In the event of damage occurring at VHS2DVDFast! will gladly reimburse the cus­tomer for the replacement cost of the medium damaged, VHS2DVDFast! is not responsible for the value of the content lost in such case. VHS2DVDFast! suggests making a back-up copy of any tape submitted.

Billing Policy

Credit card transactions will be billed the same day the product is shipped.

Personal checks must clear the bank before processing can begin.

Mailing

When sending us your special memories, please use a mail system that can track them to ensure their safe arrival. We ship USPS Priority Mail with delivery notification so that they arrive safely to you for your pleasurable viewing!

Guarantee/refund policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. You will be fully refunded if not satisfied. Simply call 1 866-GO2DVDS (1-866-462-3837) for information on returning the DVD to us. Once we have received the DVD, a check will be sent to you.
